Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Scope
This policy explains the refund and cancellation rules applicable to project-based consulting/automation services and subscription-based software products (Wava, Consentio) offered by Filova Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17263134), to clients in the UK, Turkey, the EU, the US, and worldwide.
2. Project-Based Services (Agency)
For project-based services, payments are generally collected per milestone. A prepayment for a milestone that has not yet started is refunded in full within 14 days of a written cancellation request.
If cancellation is requested for a milestone that has started but is not complete, the remaining amount is refunded after deducting fees proportional to work already performed. No refund is given for a milestone/deliverable that has already been completed and delivered.
If you are based in the UK and qualify as a consumer, your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 apply in addition to, and are not limited by, this policy.
3. Subscription Products (SaaS)
For subscription-based products such as Wava and Consentio, you may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refund is given for unused time.
If you are not satisfied within 14 days of your first subscription purchase, you may request a full or partial refund, assessed based on usage.
If you are based in Turkey and qualify as a consumer, your 14-day right of withdrawal under Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation remains unaffected by this policy.
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund or cancellation, simply write to info@filova.io. Requests are reviewed within 5 business days, and approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
5. Exceptions
Third-party licensing/infrastructure costs already incurred (e.g. hosting, API usage fees) are not included in any refund.
6. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales, the jurisdiction in which Filova Ltd is registered. This is without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights under the law of your own country of residence, including UK consumer law and Turkish Law No. 6502, where applicable.
