AI WhatsApp Customer Support Bot

Removes the manual burden of answering repetitive WhatsApp questions, lead requests, and order inquiries. Uses Claude API with RAG (vector search) to auto-answer FAQs, qualify leads, and hand off to a human agent when needed.
